Every Leathiques order is carefully packed and dispatched from our workshop. We work with trusted couriers to ensure your piece arrives safely and on time — wherever you are in the world.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
We treat shipping as the final step of our craft — your order deserves to arrive in the same condition it left our hands.
Order Processing Times
Before your order ships, it goes through our quality check and packing process. Here is what to expect:

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to customs clearance.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International orders:
- Orders shipped outside Pakistan may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country
- These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient
- We are unable to predict or control the amount of customs fees you may incur
- We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order
What we do on our side:
- We declare accurate values and descriptions on all customs documentation
- All commercial invoices and customs forms are included with every shipment
- We do not mark packages as gifts or undervalue items on customs forms
- If your order is held in customs, we will assist with any documentation needed
Customs delays are outside our control — if your package is held, please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch
- You can also track your order through the courier's website using the tracking number provided
- If your tracking link shows no updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us
- For domestic Pakistan orders, tracking is available in real time from dispatch
Lost, Delayed & Damaged Shipments
Lost in transit:
- If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us right away
- We will open an official investigation with the courier on your behalf
- If the package is confirmed lost, we will resend your order or issue a full refund — your choice
- Investigations typically take 5–10 business days to conclude
Damaged on arrival:
- Inspect your parcel upon delivery before signing
- If the item or packaging is visibly damaged, photograph it immediately
- Email us at support@leathiques.com within 7 days with photos and your order number
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
Please retain the original packaging for any damaged shipment — we may require it to file a claim with the courier.
Important Notes
Please review the following before placing your order to ensure smooth delivery:
- Correct address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect shipments once dispatched
- Undeliverable packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping costs will be charged to the customer
- Business days: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Pakistani public holidays
- Peak periods: During major sales, Eid holidays, or global peak periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual
- PO Boxes: We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses for international orders — please provide a full physical address
- Multiple items: Orders containing multiple items will be shipped together in one package wherever possible
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
