Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Questions
No. Leathiques currently delivers within the United States only. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
Standard orders are handled in 1–3 business days. Custom orders take 3–5 business days before dispatch. Transit time is 4–5 business days. See our full Shipping Policy.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate on the carrier's website.

Returns & Refunds

Return Questions
14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all original packaging and tags. See our Return & Refund Policy for full conditions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to credit your account.
Custom and personalised orders are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item has a fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Orders may be cancelled before processing. Contact us immediately at support@leathiques.com. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure methods shown at checkout. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Transactions are SSL-encrypted.
Yes. Every Leathiques product is crafted from 100% genuine leather. We never use synthetic or faux leather materials.
Condition with a dedicated leather conditioner every 3–6 months. Keep away from direct heat, sunlight, and moisture. Store in a cool, dry location — ideally in a breathable dust bag. Avoid machine washing.
Yes. We offer custom and bespoke leather pieces. Contact us at support@leathiques.com to discuss your requirements. Custom orders have a 3–5 business day handling time.
