Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on all US orders — every order carefully handled and fully tracked.

We process every order with care. Below are the standard timeframes from order placement to delivery at your door.

Handling begins the next business day after your order is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal public holidays. A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

Custom Orders

Custom leather pieces are handcrafted to your specifications. Please allow 1–3 business days for dispatch — same as standard orders — however production complexity may occasionally extend this. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

Delivery Information

We deliver within the United States only. All orders are dispatched from our US warehouse. Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Transit estimates may be affected by carrier delays or extreme weather. Leathiques is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Signature & Delivery

Larger or higher-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout — we cannot be responsible for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.

Order Tracking & Issues

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate on the carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photographs where applicable. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a resolution. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Incorrect or Missing Items

In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@leathiques.com and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
